We provide everything: six oil taps (each pre-balanced with carrier oil), custom bottles, labels, styling tools, and a dedicated scent host. Guests sample, blend by “parts,” and name their own pulse-point elixir — no mess, no mixing, no confusion.

This is a bar service for events, not a product.
We set up the full Roll-On Bar at your venue, guide each guest through their blending ritual, and provide all tools, bottles, packaging, and styling.
Bookings must be made at least 4 weeks in advance.

What is an essential oil roll on?

An essential oil roll-on is a pocket-sized glass bottle with a smooth rollerball tip, filled with a blend of essential oils diluted in a carrier oil. Applied directly to pulse points such as wrists, neck, or behind the ears, it works like a natural perfume—subtle, long-lasting, and close to the skin—while also offering aromatherapy benefits. At our Scent Bar event cart, guests can create their own custom roll-on blends to take home.

What if my guests and I have no knowledge of perfumery?

No experience is needed. We provide two display boards with suggested blends that make it simple to create a roll-on perfume. Each blend is crafted from pure essential oils, so guests enjoy both the fragrance and the aromatherapy benefits. A scent host will be on hand to guide the process.

What is the difference between aromatherapy and perfume?

Perfume is usually alcohol-based and created mainly for fragrance. Aromatherapy uses pure essential oils, valued not only for their beautiful scents but also for their wellness benefits — such as calming, uplifting, or refreshing the mind and body. Our essential oil roll-ons combine both: a natural perfume that doubles as an aromatherapy blend, applied directly to the skin for a personal and long-lasting scent.

How many roll-ons can be made at an event?

We always prepare enough for every guest, so no one is left out. Our Scent Bar cart is designed to serve small gatherings as well as larger events, typically accommodating 50 to 300 custom roll-on perfumes depending on the package you choose.
