All events experiences include 2 experience hosts and basic whitelabelling customisation for events with above 100 pax.

SENSORY EXPERIENCES

Roll On Essential Oil Scent Bar

Personalised aromatherapy blends crafted by guests to wear and take home.

A scent guests choose themselves — blended for how they want to feel, and easy to carry with them long after the corporate event.

Guests can choose from: Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot and more.

Essential Oil Room Spray Scent Bar

Custom room and linen mists blended with pure essential oils.

A mood-lifting mist that freshens the air and lingers in the space. Great for those who love coming home to a well-scented room at the end of a long day.

Guests can choose from: Sweet Orange, Frankincense, Eucalytpus and more.

Botanical Potpourri Bar

Guests blend their own potpourri from dried florals, woods and botanicals, then scent it with one of our 8 house essential oil blends, each crafted to set a mood from restful to focused. A natural fixative locks in the fragrance, and every blend goes home in a labelled pouch for desks, wardrobes and small spaces.

Aroma & Crystal Diffuser Bar

A display keepsake guests build from crystals, lava stones and preserved botanicals. Porous lava stones soak up essential oil and release the scent slowly, so the piece can sit on a desk, shelf or bedside table and keep scenting the room.

Guests blend their own from: Crystals, lava stones, and preserved botanicals.

Flower Bar

Guests pick 2 main blooms, 1 filler and 1 foliage, then arrange their own fresh mini bouquet with help from a trained host. It goes home in a flower cone with a water source and ribbon handle, so it’s ready to display or gift.

Guests build with: Fresh flowers, foliage, wrapping materials and finishing details.

Live Leather Embossing Bar

A live embossing station where guests choose a piece from our genuine leather collection or our PU leather products, and personalise it on the spot with initials, a name or a selected design. A customised keepsake for corporate events, team building and employee appreciation.

BEVERAGE EXPERIENCE

Mobile Coffee & Tea Cart

Barista-made coffee, tea, sparkling drinks and matcha, brewed to order in front of your guests. A polished refreshment moment for your event, with hot and iced options for every caffeine preference.

Guests can choose from: latte, matcha latte, chocolates, Pu Er and Long Jing tea, hot or iced, and more.

Apothecary Tea Blending Bar

Guests blend their own tea from curated loose leaves and botanicals, then take it home in a personalised jar. A thoughtful keepsake to enjoy themselves or give to someone they love.

Guests can blend from: Long Jing, Pu Er, White Peony and Tie Guan Yin, with osmanthus, jasmine, rose buds and more.

Tea Appreciation Bar

A guided tea tasting where guests sample four teas from small tasting cups, then choose their favourite to enjoy in a full cup. Botanicals are added to the cup and the tea is poured over, for a calm, personal moment at your event.

Guests can taste: White Peony, Long Jing (green tea), Tie Guan Yin (oolong tea) and Pu Er (dark tea).

Mixology & Cocktail Bar

Crafted drinks, botanical garnishes and a styled bar for modern events. Guests watch their favourite drink mixed in front of them, with mocktail options for those who prefer them.

Guests can order from: Mojito, Gin and Tonic, Highball and Citrus Highball (mocktail), and more. Custom menus available on request.

INTERACTIVE TREATS

Cotton Candy Cart

Freshly spun cotton candy, made to order on our sleek black cotton candy machine. Your logo can be printed directly onto the cotton candy in edible ink, for a playful, nostalgic treat that carries your brand. The perfect addition for your corporate event activities.

Signature blends include: Cloud Nine (citrus), White Garden (floral), Kyoto Morning (citrus with a hint of black tea) and Imperial Bloom (light and fruity).
