Our botanical potpourri bar in Singapore turns a few quiet minutes into something guests keep. They choose from jars of dried rose petals, lavender, cedar and citrus peel, add a few drops of essential oil, and leave with their own blend sealed in a labelled pouch.

It is a calm, tactile activity for corporate events, weddings and bridal showers, guided by a trained Scent Host. We bring the bar, the botanicals and the packaging. You bring the guests.

How the potpourri bar work?

Choose a base. Guests start with rose petals, lavender buds, cedar chips or cinnamon bark.

Add accents. Dried orange, eucalyptus, jasmine, cornflower and star anise add colour and texture.

Scent it. Guests drip 5 to 10 drops of essential oil onto a natural fixative, which holds the fragrance in the blend.

Mix, pack and label. The blend goes into a take-home pouch with your label or tag.

Note under the steps: Each pouch is best left to rest for 24 to 48 hours, so the scent settles and develops.

Do you have a minimum booking requirement?

Yes — each of our event carts has a minimum service time and serving quantity. What happens if I need to cancel my event cart booking?

Your 60% deposit secures your date. If your plans change, you’re welcome to reschedule once at no extra cost, as long as we have at least 7 days’ notice.

How long does setup and tear-down take?

Setup usually takes 45–60 minutes per cart, with 30–45 minutes for tear-down. We’ll coordinate directly with your venue to keep everything running smoothly.

What are the setup requirements for an event cart (space, power, etc.)?

Our coffee & tea cart and cotton candy cart require a standard Singapore power outlet. Distance isn’t an issue — each cart comes with a 15m extension cord.

Is a deposit required to reserve an event cart service?

A 60% deposit secures your date and is non-refundable. If plans change, you may reschedule once at no cost with at least 7 days’ notice.

What is included in the cart rental?

Each cart package is all-inclusive. It covers setup, ingredients or products, serving ware, branding options, and a dedicated host or barista — plus transport and tear-down, all within the quoted price.

How many guests can each cart serve?

Our carts typically serve 50–300 guests. Larger groups are possible with advance arrangements.

What if my event runs longer than expected?

Extensions are possible, subject to staff and product availability. Overtime fees apply and will be confirmed on-site before proceeding.
